Create Your Own Good News

Some of you may have read about the great things that happened to me after reading the book The Secret.
Yesterday I tried to harness this positive energy.
There were two clouds hanging over my head yesterday - the Volcanic Cloud and a cloud of a metaphorical nature which has been hanging over my daughter's head since last June.
I decided that I would send myself two text messages with the news I wanted to hear.
I sent myself the first message at 12.30pm yesterday.
Less than half an hour later my husband rang to tell me everything had been sorted out with my daughter and her ordeal was finally over.
Later in the day I texted myself another message to say the flight restrictions were over and we were off to Seville.
Again within half an hour I turned on the computer and the news headlines announced flights would resume within 24 hours.
I urge all of you to try it today.
Send one message to yourself with the news you want to hear and see what happens.
Go on.

Today I wore:
Boots - Clarks
Skirt - Marks and Spencer
Shirt - Dorothy Perkins
Belt - Primark
Cardigan - Asos

  1. That's awesome... I've been doing the Secret techniques too and I also have a list of my Secret shifters. But I haven't tried texting myself. I will do that now. Thanks for the inspiration.

BTW, you look gorgeous in your double denim ensemble. xoxo

  2. Wow, you look really great in that outfit! I'll try to send myself some positive messages, but I'll doubt I'll succeed...Having some hypnotherapy for IBS at the moment and it's not working very well. I'm very difficult to influence! Fingers crossed for Friday. Ciao. A.

  10. My mother brought the movie "The Secret" home the other day, and it truly is life changing. My dad has not really helped me with my schooling at all, but as soon I as I switched that into positive energy, he helped my mom with half of my housing deposit for college. "The Secret" is so life changing, it's incredible to finally realize that we control everything that manifests in our lives. Oh, great cardigan, very military style.
