Enrolment Day

 

It was a busy day today as the college I work at enrolled around 800 students.

I needed to be smart but I was going to  be on my feet all day.

I decided to opt for me new Boden Loulou dress and favourite flats.

 

I picked up this M  and Co Mac from my local store the other day for £19.

It had been reduced from £59 and as a colourful mac was on my wishlist I couldn't resist.

I am off to Wales for the weekend to stay with family and watch my husband and sons play in the Roofball Championships.

Bringing Out The Animal Side

Just five more days of having to wear these leggings.
I decided to try and use them with some of my shorter skirts and found this one from Zara in the back of my daughter's wardrobe.
I wondered where it had gone!

My husband was not impressed when I went to bed in my leggings last night.
"What are these?" he asked.
I was forced to confess my leggings experiment and to say that to make them work I needed to wear them for eight hours a day and as I hadn't put them on until 4pm (due to taking youngest to see new Harry Potter film) I needed another few hours in them.
He was not impressed.
I took them off.
If my legs don't look like Jennifer Aniston's then it will all be his fault!

Potted Plants

Today I spent a few hours potting some plants that I had bought months ago.
I am sure this influenced my choice of dress with its splashes of pink.
There will be an excess of dresses with leggings for the next few weeks as I am trying out these to see if they work for my holiday.
They are supposed to get rid of cellulite and help you lose weight.
I know I must be mad but there are just a few weeks to go.
I will keep you posted on their effectiveness but already I am BORED with black leggings.
