Life Lessons

I woke up on Saturday morning to a Facebook posting from a wonderful acquaintance of mine, Kiki.
She has been wrongly reported as being in her 90s and is now in her late 50s.
You can find out more here.
I found this list intriguing especially as I am fast approaching my half century (47 in February).
It has made me think about the lessons I would choose.

As for today's outfit.
Yes, the Loulou dress again.
Unfortunately, after this photo was taken the zip on my boots broke.
I have phoned Clarks who have asked me to send them back.
I will let you know how I get on.

What life lessons would you choose?

Boots - Clarks
Dress - Boden
Thermal layer - Marks and Spencer

  1. I love that collar on the dress, it's a great way to dress up a simple LBD.

  2. Ouch about the boots, hope Clarks do right by you.

Not sure it is a life lesson but this quote (not sure who said it first) has served me well.

    "Don't complain, don't explain"

  3. I have not read the whole list, but with the last I totaly agree: Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift.
Loulou dress again is amazing. Today I read grey is the new black. So a good idea to add grey!
