There is a method in my maxi madness.
Last week I fell down a set of stairs at our local bar and have two massive bruises on each shin.
I wouldn't have minded so much if I had had a few drinks as it may have hurt less but I had only had one glass of wine!
Thankfully, my yellowing legs are healing nicely and I may be able to wear a shorter skirt before the sunshine disappears.
I wore:
Shoes - Converse
Dress- Miss Selfridge
Scarf - Next
Jacket- Debenhams
Well, whatever the reason, you look fabulous in yurt maxis, Jane! xxx
ReplyDeleteLOL - I've done that before and not had any alcohol at all ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat maxi!
You have convinced me to go out and buy a jersey maxi skirt you look so fabulous in yours!! It is grey marl from H and M. I can't wait to wear it !! X
ReplyDeleteSorry about your OOPS but you found an attractive solution for hiding the bruises.

I love you in a maxi, you don't need a reason! x
ReplyDeleteI think this outfit rocks Jane! there is something fab about the long skirt and the tennis shoes peeking out.
ReplyDeletesounds like me, Jane(love this youthful chic look on you:)!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm in maxis as well for the same reason, except I fell off my bike, twice! I was hoping it was fading away nicely after a week, but I fell off again today! I fear I shall be in maxis for some time yet! (Unless I get the hang of cleated shoes and pedals lol!)
ReplyDeleteYou look fab, as always :-)
Sorry to hear about the fall! I know what a set of stairs can do to a person's limbs, but if you hadn't told, I never would have guessed.
ReplyDeleteGreat casual look honey. That dress I bought from Cos is fine in length I'm only 5ft 2 and could wear with flats easily. So sorry to hear you hurt yourself xx
