Bowing Out - My Final Outfit Post

This will be my final outfit post until July next year.
This week my full-time PGCE course begins and while I will continue to blog about my experiences here I will no longer post daily outfits.
I can hardly believe that I have managed to keep up for the past two years and I thank you all for your comments, inspiration and support during that time.
I will continue to keep up with you all whenever I can and I do hope to be back next year.
Until then, farewell.

Today I wore:

Dress: Local shop
Shoes: Fitflops

Holiday Wardrobe

Before I left for Barcelona this year I read a holiday commandment which I found brief yet brilliant.
"Take half the clothes you think you'll need and twice the money."
As we were limited to weight on the plane I decided to travel light. Very light.
I didn't take many outift pictures but I can tell you this denim skirt and grey top have earned their place as this year's holiday heroes.
My course will begin soon and I can't promise daily outfit posts but I have set up a new blog to track my PGCE course and hopefully normal service will resume when the course ends.

I'm Back!

I'm back.
After a much needed long break including a two week break in Barcelona I am feeling refreshed and ready to go.
It will be a busy year for me.
On September 6th I begin a year-long PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education )to retrain as an English teacher working with 11 to 18-year-olds.
I am looking forward to the course but apprehensive too.
It means that work, together with family pressures, may mean sporadic absences from the blog, but I will do my best to keep posting.
Another piece of news is that I have lost 10 pounds with Weight Watchers since June and here's the reward I motivated myself with - a Butter dress.
It's good to be back.

Today I wore:
