An apology and....(almost) Half-Way there!

Firstly, I must apologise.
I have been a bad blogger.
I have not commented on as many of my favourite blogs as usual.
I have sucked up all your wonderful comments and given nothing back.
Or very little.
I apologise.
But there is a reason.
A good reason.
At least I think so.
I am taking part in NaNoWriMo.
Every spare minute is spent tapping those keyboards in a bid to complete a 50,000 word novel by the end of November.
Today I broke the 20,000 barrier.
But this means I am getting a little lazy about my clothes.
This outfit is almost the same as one a few weeks back.
But not quite.
Different boots this time.
Flat ones!
In December I will return to being a good blogger.
I will comment on every blog I vist and take the time to leave valuable comments.
Until then - please forgive me.

I wore:
Boots - Clarks
Skirt - Marks and Spencer
Top - Gap
Scarf - Florence and Fred

  1. all forgiven! ;) I still love your outfits! And good luck on the novel!

I have been a bad blogger- I havn't had time (or so I tell myself) to post anything new. >< I think this weekend I will get myself in order and start posting regularly again.

  2. That NaNoWriMo thing sounds really exciting! Even though you say you're getting lazy with the outfits...I certainly cannot tell. You look lovely and stylish as ever.

  5. Good luck with the writing project. I've been posting everyday on the blog instead and writing my PhD so i understand the time pressures. I was directed to your blog by academichic a while back and it has been a great intro to living in the UK. I moved from Texas to Scotland recently and my wardrobe and me are not enjoying the sudden temperature shift. I am woefully underprepared. Would you be able, novel notwithstanding, or after novel, to write a couple of introductory posts to dressing and buying clothes in the UK?

  7. 20,000 words! You're a writing machine! I'm so jealous. I hope it continues to go so well for you.
