It passed the end of my road and we went to take our part in local history.
We waited for about 45 minutes and it was all over in a flash.
I tried several times to get a snapshot but a policeman/little boy with flag/over-excited pensioner just kept getting in the way.
I am afraid this blurred effort with the torch chopped off is the best shot I could get.
I wore: Shoes: Clarks Skirt & Denim Shirt - from a shop in Barcelona Top - Primark
How exciting! I particularly love the photo of you in your sunnies - beautiful lady :)
ReplyDeleteWhat fun!
ReplyDeleteI love that blouse...will you give us a closeup next time?
What fun the countrywide tour of the Olympic Torch is giving us all. (Trying not to be cynical re the apparent stranglehold of the official sponsors.) BTW you look younger every time you blog these days. Let us in to your secret please! Cx
ReplyDeleteeven though you didn't get a good photo, it's still pretty special that it came through your town and you got to be there to see it!
ReplyDeleteChic on the Cheap
Loving the whole outfit, you look great. I plan to be seeing the torch when it gets to Walsall.
