Wishing You All The Best

As the big day approaches I thought I would wish you all a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year.
I haven't been a regular blogger this year as I have been spending most of my spare time like this.
It has been quite a tough year, working full time and studying for my Yoga Teacher's qualification.
But I did it.
Although I have always loved yoga, I had no idea this time last year that I would also be teaching 4 yoga classes a week but here I am.
Whatever hopes and dreams you have why not take a few steps towards them in 2015?
I still feel there is so much to learn but then the oldest yoga teacher in the world is 96, so I still have time!!
All the best,
Jane X
